Hal ini karena berkaitan erat dengan issue lingkungan yang juga akan berkaitan dengan aspek legal dan regulasi pemerintah yang berkaitan dengan masalah Oil Pollution ini, aspek kesehatan dan keselamatan organisme dan habitatnya, serta kwalitas dan sumber daya hayati lainnya.
